Missing Raw

I have to say that the most difficult part of the non-inflammatory diet is the fact that it relies so heavily on steamed vegetables and grains/legumes (which I had cut out previously). I am dismayed enough to have sent a note to my nutritionist about whether I might continue to eat more raw, less ai. What a change from just a few short weeks ago!

Ray and I had a lovely breakfast at the Vita Cafe in NE Portland, sure to become a fave.
